Designed around the need for environmentally friendly packaging, our new CP2000 series system is capable of capping composite packs from leading suppliers. The system can be supplied for over-capping polypropylene lids via the overhead rotary sorting unit or with a de-nesting system for pre-bundled composite fibre lids at speeds of 1.2 seconds per pack (50 packs per minute - dependent on pack design). Built on a rigid welded stainless steel chassis with integrated safety controller, safety guards and accessible emergency stop. Designed for single operator use.
The unit is operated via the vibrant and intuitive 6 inch touch screen and visible status indications and audible alerts (Stack light).
