CH1400

Built on a 50mm x 50mm welded stainless steel chassis, the CH1400 series 2 automatic capping machine is designed to perform all day. Some of our machines are still operating 25 years later reliably 24 hours a day. The updated version now includes may features that were previously only available as options. For low to mid volume use, this line of cappers is capable of processing containers from 200mL through to 20Lt. Containers are presented to the infeed of the machine via a conveyor (yours or ours), the container is detected, custom made clamps will hug the container and centre it’s neck with the spindle, the cap is presented and collected by the spindle, once the arm is out of the way, the cap is applied and the container is released, allowing the next unit to enter. Built around a mechanical process, the steps are physically synchronized and reliably maintained in time with each other.
